Our mission
At JRA Bike Garage our goal is to get every bike back to its best condition and back on the road (or trail!) as quickly as we can. We communicate an honest view of what your bike needs and work with you to find a balance between your budget and the most comprehensive service we can provide, now and in the future. We believe in “repairing over replacing” if at all possible, to keep your bike going as long as it can. Every time your bike comes in, we know you need it back fast, in time for the next group ride, your trip to Tahoe with the family or that local race you signed up for, so we do our best to turn it around quickly so you can keep riding. At the same time, safety is a top priority. We service each bike to the highest standards so you can feel confident every time you ride. We pride ourselves on our honest and realistic evaluations and will always do our best to meet your needs.

Our Story
Brian has been passionate about bikes his whole life. Not only does he ride and repair bikes, they are intertwined into the person he is and the way he lives his life. Bikes are in his blood. Brian grew up riding the lush trails of Upstate New York. After Brian and Wendy got married in 2002, they rode singletrack and enjoyed the bike friendly communities of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs before Wendy forced him to move back to her home of Southern California in 2007. Since then Brian has built his career in the bike industry. From working for companies like Niner and Fatback, to local shops like JRA Bikes & Brew, Brian has experience in every part of the bike industry and has more than 10 years of experience as a bike mechanic. As a devoted member of the local bike community, Brian and his family look forward to carrying on the JRA legacy and servicing your bikes for years to come.
Our facility and features
We are happy to announce we have moved into a new, permanent location! We are now open and ready to serve you at 31316 Via Colinas #113 in Westlake Village. Our new location is not far from JRA Bikes & Brew in Thousand Oaks and is easy to get to, with plenty of parking. We hope you will find our new location welcoming and convenient. Please stop by to hang out, say hello, challenge Brian to a game of table hockey, give Holly a pet and of course drop off your bike for all your repair and service needs.
