We communicate an honest view of what your bike needs and work with you to find a balance between your budget and the most comprehensive service we can provide, now and in the future. We believe in “repairing over replacing” if at all possible, to keep your bike going as long as it can. Every time your bike comes in, we know you need it back fast, in time for the next group ride, your trip to Tahoe with the family or that local race you signed up for, so we do our best to turn it around quickly so you can keep riding. We pride ourselves on our honest and realistic evaluations and will always do our best to meet your needs.
